waterparkofamerica Tired of the increasing heat? Feel like splashing into a sea? Well then come to the Water Park of America, the biggest water park in the US. 70000 square feet of beauty, this place is situated in Bloomington, Minnesota. After enjoying your day at the park, you can come and stay at Radisson hotel situated nearby. Both the hotel and the park are operated and owned by The Wirth Companies.

The entrance itself is quite unique with tubes wired around it, giving you an idea of what’s in store for you. Keep your clothes safe in the locker room, which charges around $3 per day. Special wristbands are also available, which when bought can be used to enjoy the water park for two days. If you come at 4pm, you can enjoy the rides till 10pm, go to the hotel and sleep, and then come back the next day at 9am and be in the park till 4pm.

You can simply lay on a slide, go through the tubes and splash into the water with a body slide. Tube slides and family slides are also available. Family slides allow the entire family to enjoy the water together. You can either enjoy in the wave pool which has rising water levels to keep your adrenaline high, or simply laze around and relax in the Lazy Pool which ultimately empties into the wave pool. Children can be occupied at the Hot Tubs or Playground Area with slides and cave-like settings, while you are busy with the fast ride in the Flow Rider, which has rapidly moving water which confuses you as to where to go and what to do.

Game freaks can find solace in the Gaming Arcade, which has around 100 games for that added amusement and excitement. You can have your lunch at the Cafeteria, which offers delicious pizzas, hamburgers, juices, salads and fries. Costing approximately $26 per person (one year and older), this is one place which you will surely enjoy.
