Las Islas Cíes, Galicia, Spain
It is commonly understood that by mentioning Spain and Spanish beaches, one is referring to the Mediterranean. However, while that may be true, the Atlantic coastline of Galicia has a lot more to offer. It is paradise on Earth just a little north of Portugal. The water here is turquoise and clear beyond imagination and the sand is the perfect amount of white, making the combination breath taking.

Once this town was a pirates’ haunt; however it has now been turned into a beautiful public park that is only open during the summers. Moreover the variety of fresh seafood available in Spain is unlike any other you would have had.

A very energetic beach in terms of the crowd that is mostly present here and the activities that happen. Located in the oldest city of Brazil, Salvador, this beach is located in a very magnificent place as on one end of it there is a white colonial fort and on the other end on a hill there is a whitewashed church.

A place that can easily come off as the Caribbean rather than Caithness. Sinclair’s Bay is located eight miles south of Scotland, in a place called John O’Groats.
